LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy
This page explains what data may be processed when you visit the website or contact me.
Who is responsible for the website
The person responsible for data processing is Alla Neljas. You can contact me at neljasalla@gmail.com.
Visiting the website
To keep the website secure and stable, technical hosting providers may process the IP address, browser and device information, request time and the page visited. This information is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 loads only after your consent. It helps me understand where visitors come from, which pages they view and which packages interest them. With consent, analytics cookies and information about the browser, device and website interactions are used. Advertising features are disabled.
Before consent and after declining, the Google tag does not load, analytics requests are not sent and analytics cookies are not set. Your choice is stored in this browser’s localStorage for up to 180 days. GA4 cookies are configured to last up to 180 days; the browser may shorten this period.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page. After withdrawal, collection stops, GA4 cookies accessible to the website are removed and the page reloads without analytics. Previously sent data is not automatically deleted.
Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, message contents or full mailto links. An order or contact click does not mean an enquiry was sent. URL parameters are sanitised; sources are identified only when a referrer or recognised tags are available.
For details of Google’s data processing, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Contact messages
If you contact me by email or through social media, I process your name, contact details and message content to reply and discuss possible work.
Retention period
Technical data is retained under the service providers' rules. Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to reply and discuss possible cooperation – usually no longer than 12 months after the last message, unless the law requires otherwise.
Data recipients
Hosting, email and social media providers may access data to the extent necessary to operate their services. Their own data protection terms apply when you follow a link to an external platform.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of data processing and object to processing. You may submit a complaint to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate ↗.
