FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AND INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNERS

Promoting your business yourself? I can help you see what to do next.

Do you manage your own Instagram or Facebook, update your website and wonder what is actually working? I will look at it all through a new customer's eyes: what is clear, where they might get confused and what stops them taking the next step.

Then it will be clearer what to do now and what can wait.

How the process works

  1. You tell me about your business

Tell me about your business and what you do, and send links to your website and social media. That is enough to get started.

  2. I review your website and social media

I look at your website and social media through a new customer's eyes: is everything clear, is the information easy to find, and is the next step simple to take? I note what already works well and what is worth improving.

  3. You receive a completed review

The PDF gives specific examples and recommendations: what to fix first and what to leave for later.

  4. You choose what to do next

You can put the recommendations into practice yourself and at your own pace. The €149 package also includes a 30-day plan, so you know where to start and what order to follow.

BETTY · TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Betty — travel consultant

Reisituhin

What brought Betty hereReisituhin had a website and business social media accounts, but the number of clients had fallen. Betty was considering help from a marketing specialist; ongoing work would mean extra costs. I suggested first looking at what could be improved in the channels already in use.

What I found and suggested

There were errors on the destination cards.

Correct the details on the cards.

The bank details were inconsistent.

Correct the bank details.

The selected destination did not carry over to the enquiry form – visitors had to enter it again.

Keep the destination selected when opening the form.

The personal travel planning service was described too generally.

Explain more specifically how Betty helps people choose a trip.

Tindi Plekk · a previously completed Instagram quick review for €49

What brought Sander hereAt first, Sander was not entirely sure why he needed a review either. So I looked at his Instagram through the eyes of someone seeing his work for the first time and thinking about booking.

What I found and suggested

The message button gave no hint about what to write first.

Add a prompt for the first message.

The list of cities did not explain where a session could take place.

Clarify the description and where he works.

His work was already visible on the profile.

Label the work more clearly and organise the pinned material.

I look at the customer's whole journey

Someone saw your Instagram, opened your website, looked for the information they needed, wanted to write – and changed their mind somewhere along the way.

That “somewhere” is what I want to find.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Answers about why a review might help, what the work includes and how it works.

What is a marketing review?

I look at your website and business social media as a new visitor would: can they understand the offer, find what they need and see how to get in touch? I then put the observations and suggestions into a PDF.

Why would I need one if I already have a website and Instagram?

Those existing pages are exactly what I review. When you work on your business every day, it is easy to miss questions a new visitor may have. The review helps reveal those points and shows what can already stay as it is.

Why not hire a marketer straight away?

Sometimes ongoing help from a specialist really is needed. A review helps you first understand exactly what work is required and where it makes sense to spend money.

Will there be a contract?

Yes. Before work begins, we will agree on the selected package, scope, price and delivery time. These terms will be set out in a contract so that both sides clearly understand what is included and when the result will be ready.

How does payment work?

Once we have agreed on the order, I will provide the payment details. Payment is made by bank transfer to an Estonian entrepreneur account (ettevõtluskonto).

What will I receive?

Both packages include a PDF showing what already works, what gets in the way, what to change and where to start. The €149 package also includes a personal 30-day implementation plan.

I am not familiar with marketing. Will I understand everything?

Yes. I explain the findings in plain language. If you still have a question about a recommendation after reading, you can ask within 14 days.

Do I need to purchase any other services from you afterwards?

No. The review is a standalone service. You can make the changes yourself. If you want to hand some of the work to me, we can discuss that separately.

Can I ask questions after receiving the review?

Yes. For 14 days after the completed review is delivered, you can ask questions about its findings and recommendations.

Does the review guarantee more sales or customers?

The review does not promise a particular number of enquiries or sales. It shows what is happening on the pages reviewed and what is worth fixing.

Can we review what changed after the recommendations were implemented?

Yes. After some time, a follow-up review can compare what has changed since the recommendations were implemented. The follow-up review is a separate service.
